Service Fees

Our service fees have been set to align with the current 2024-2025 NDIS price guide so that our standard fees are the same for everyone. We want our support services to be accessible and affordable, and strive to keep our prices as low as possible, so have a number of payment options available. Especially if you are experiencing financial hardship, please reach out so we can discuss options together to ensure support is still accessible for you.

1:1 Support

Standard rate of $65 for an hour session, inclusive of;

  • 45 minute support session

  • 15 minutes admin time (this may include sending resources, writing reports or liaising with others)

Community Connection Groups

Standard rate of $15 per participant per session (sessions run with 5-10 participants). This includes;

  • access to small sessions

  • access to a private Facebook group for the life of your attendance at group sessions

Payment Options

  • We are an unregistered provider, so able to support clients with NDIS that is plan or self managed. We can charge through certain pools of funding, including psychosocial recovery coaching, depending on what is included in your plan. We can discuss options with you before starting support.

  • This means you pay privately out of your own pocket.

  • This option is available to those experiencing financial hardship and takes into account your income to determine a reduced service fee.

  • We can offer slightly reduced fees for sessions bought together. This includes multiple 1:1 sessions and a combination of group and 1:1 sessions.
